my experience at this grand hotel was comfortable. the property was neat, featured gorgeous design, i loved it. lots of appetising food at breakfast time. the downstairs bar was fantastic and the drinks were delicious.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other main touristic hotels. The bed was spacious and it was great having Wi-Fi, coffee and cable television. The service offered was impeccable too. In fact, public parking was a good bonus for drivers. Obviously we loved the UNBEATABLE location. 0.5 km to the airport.

Secluded location, great restaurant - nice service. We appreciated the lovely area around the hotel. Also, freedom plaza was max 5 minutes walk to. Coffee, large windows and closet space - basic facilities we needed in our tidy room. Virtuous staff, was willing to help. Breakfast was outstanding with good choice of options in the restaurant.
Shame the bathroom was very dirty.

It was FAB hotel overall, everything was fine, I would give it other than 4 stars. And I was right above the metro center.

Warm room, top location, the most important - consistently courteous staff. Nearby a subway station, easy walk to stores and boutiques. Again, I went to see a free art museum nearby. Comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, ironing facilities and a hairdryer were a nice touch. They made my stay perfect.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a comfortable place for staying in Washington. Great view from our window. Only 15 min walk to downtown. We both loved the food, it was amazing and had a wide array of options.

The hotel was quite clean and the breakfast staff was more than adequate! The breakfast was simply delicious there. Great size suite and so so comfy bed. The service at this nice central venue was attentive.

We could easily get to capitol hill and ford's theater was very close to the hotel. Gallery place-chinatown subway station was a few steps away from the venue
